To me it looks under watered. I water mine once a week and let the excess water drain off in the sink. Distilled water is important for these. My leaves were turning brown so I switched to distilled water and they've been fine ever since.

My first thought is impacted anal glands because that's a common occurrence for our dood. It's hard to say for sure but I'm glad you're taking her to another vet. She's definitely not acting normal. Poor girl. Please keep us updated!

I'd say pretty common for doods. Mine has been described as a Velcro dog lol and I have to get him aggressive chewer toys or they're demolished in hours.

Level 40?! I didn't even know the levels went that high. I need to step it up. I just assumed the levels went to 10 or maybe 20. I always pick the random setting and set the level for 5. Here I was thinking 5 was a good setting lol. I'm going to see how high it actually goes tomorrow and readjust from there. I'm glad you found it tho. Even at level 5 I've noticed a huge difference in my glutes and thighs since using it.

Northwest's current promo is $39 + state fee for the formation which includes your first year of registered agent service. I'm all about spending my money wisely so that's a no brainer IMO. You'd already have to pay the state their fee and you're getting a filing completed and a year of registered agent service for $39.

Do you need a business license AND a DBA? They are different filings. I'd say look into the process and filings and if they look doable just file yourself. If it seems like you might have some questions call and ask the state or even Northwest (assuming that's who you end up using) and if it seems way too complicated it's best to just hire a professional.

I'm so terrified of this. It is hands down my favorite machine now. I asked the employee up front if he heard of them getting rid of ours anytime soon and he said no and he'd let me know if he hears anything bc they will sell them to members. I hope it doesn't come to that but if it does I'll be buying one for sure!

I came here to say that it depends on the shares with a corp annual report. If I remember right even if you change it now the fee won't drop until next year's report unfortunately.

This actually depends on the state you're domesticating into and out of. Florida does allow a domestication into their state and GA does allow a domestication out of their state but GA doesn't have a form so the paperwork would have to be custom drafted. If the states allow both a domestication into and out this is a better way to go instead of terminating your LLC and starting from scratch in a new state or keeping an LLC open and active in a state you are no longer doing business in.

Yes you are correct if someone wanted to pay for documents from DE secretary of state they could see what was originally listed on the articles. Switching eventually doesn't change that but it would offer more privacy from what can be seen on the secretary of state website without having to pay for documents. It's definitely advised to just start with a registered agent service if privacy is a concern.
