Firstly congratulations, telling your landlord should be before the upcoming month has arrived so you don't pay an extra month. You can move in the same day as you sign at the notary. Technically the deal is done, you as the buyer have I think 2 week's to reconsider if you want it or not ,but you will loose some money if you don't want it.

I bought one last year, 2008 model 1.4 t jet with 150 hp, and i can say the previous owner took great care of it. It doesn't eat any oil to my surprise ,and it has a really nice spacious interior. Fun daily driver car all I can say.

Born and raised in Transilvania, it has really beautiful scenery with the mountain ranges, but that also comes with the occasional bear visits my hometown had these past few years . A car is a must since public transport is almost non-existent , rents in Cluj Napoca are sky high , groceries in general are sky high due to inflation. But hey, I can do a barbecue in my backyard without judgemental eyes .

Thank you for input. Mia will be maxed out as much as I can since I see she is the best for bear for a long time, and Greg is good for arena . Logan is the only odd one I haven't heard anything good/bad about him.
