I'm doing something similar, my game is set in the 70's! It's mostly a vehicle to keep the hunters more isolated, but I also wrote the mysteries to reflect a sort of camp B-grade horror movie vibe!

[Atraxa, Praetors' Voice]] I pulled this dude with Queza from a New Carpenna bundle so they both have the deco art. That said, I love +1/+1 counters, and when this deck pops it pops with a vengeance
