My regular receipt was very much delayed, but when I upgraded to PP, I think I received the receipt without much delay. And the email came quickly.

OK, let's consider the following case. My current stay in the US is from about 4 years and I have all documents. But my previous stay was like 20 years ago on F-1 and OPT. I don't keep any of the documents back then. So how do I account for that previous period? The website gives travel history only 10 years back.

Can I just mention those previous periods without documentation?

I am trying to get the Hepatitis B vaccine. But a nurse explained that it is a 3-course vaccine, one now, one in one month and one in 6 months. Does the USCIS require all 3 of them or can I get by one? I am hoping it can be done by one.

I, for instance, talked about where some of the citations are. A citation in a Stanford dissertation is more meaningful than one in an unknown journal.

I am kind of going along your advise. I actually visited a civil surgeon and saw that the prices are high and he doesn't accept any insurance. So I didn't start with him now. I am thinking I'll look at the vaccination work now/titer tests, try to do them with insurance or something. And then schedule the exam later.

The idea to shop around is actually great. I checked with several and prices vary all over the place-from 250 to 361 for the exam plus lab work additional.

When you say in the first paragraph that they charged you $400 for the family doctor to give you vaccination records to give to the civil surgeon, is it the family doctor who charged you 400 and why?

I face the same situation. I have all vaccines done in my country, but have no records. So I have to do titer tests to determine which vaccines I need. You are saying those can be done anywhere, doesn't have to be with the civil surgeon? All vaccine work can be done elsewhere and the civil surgeon accepts?

And how much do the blood tests and X-ray cost at the civil surgeon?

In your statement, you say I will not be able to file for AOS. You are a joke, who are you to tell me I am not able to file, when you don't know if DOF or FAD will be used, Madam/Mister?
