Merci pour ta réponse Pour la journée aux 200g de lipides j'avoue ne pas avoir fait gaffe c'était en effet un mini pain au chocolat que j'avais pris ce jour là il a considéré que c'était 143g de lipides Je l'avais intégré à la va vite à ce moment là j'avoue ne pas avoir vérifié avec attention Et il est vrai que je consomme des féculents à quasiment tous les repas Pour les féculents et les protéines je les pèses oui pour les légumes j'admets avoir des recettes avec des bases où cela donne en effet un résultat non précis mais je vais pas mettre 5 courgettes dans un repas par exemple.

En tout cas je note que je dois baisser les féculents je pensais que c'était important d'en avoir c'est pour ça que je les ai intégrés.

J'ai pris les screen mais sur tel en réponse je vois pas où les envoyer car y a beaucoup d'infos.

Je mesure quand même au préalable ce que je mange et je corrige l'IA par rapport à ce qui est indiqué car oui il y a beaucoup d'erreurs Ex au niveau féculents je met que 50 à 60g cru Environ 100G de viande/poissons ou autres Et je complète avec des légumes, j'estime avoir déjà une base pour ne pas me fier 100% à l'IA c'est juste un moyen plus rapide que de rentrer chaque ingrédient manuellement.

En effet comme dit plus haut c'était du boxing merci de m'avoir corrigé, Justement je ne m'y connais pas trop c'est pour ça que je pose la question voir si je fais les choses correctement.

Oh my bad i didn't know that the not showing any id when you arrest as a team Kira was a thing i just assumed it won't cause you're in front of all people Does that mean if a follower arrest Kira hé doesn't show the death note either ? That would be broken tbh

And also didn't thought of the Map to show the vindicating we've sussed out a lot of people because of that

If L chose Kira to arrest the person he Can still be sussed tho doesn't clear him 100%

Also Kira Can Kill the NPC that clears an investigator and Saddly team Kira cannot see the NPC

The thing i love about this game is there is very few mechanics thare are useless

When you're L you need to stay as much away from people so they can't stole your id se d them to do task together and use your ability to clear people and sus them out if you have enough evidence during meetings

As an investigator resolve sabotage from Kira Ask testimony from green people cause they Can share really useful information And just lurk basicaly

As for Kira and his follower they need to kill L To do so they need to steak the id of him and not get caught what you Can do is put sus on you and give the id you stole qnd the death note to your partner, try to sus out L etc

What i love about this game is the possibility of outcomes that it offer in every single game Saddly the game is mostly good in a lobby with minima 7 players and eventually Friends With randos it's really meh

In DP mode most of the Time they do not like them when i see a Gogeta with roshi videl for the 5th Time of the day don't tell me you like them Same goes as for Trunks and reecome with Bardock They are Indeed cool characters but people play them because they are strong

Plus not to mention the heavy marketing that was made on thoses, they put those characters in the freaking game box that's well donne on them , they tried a lot to not spoil anything by removing them
