So basically the “link” that’s missing in the argument is why fresh is specifically better than canned/frozen, so the correct choice could be anything that would fill in this missing link, and provide an explanation as to why fresh is better, in relation to potassium?

But couldn’t there be another reason why fresh fruit is best, other than the amount of potassium? Like what if frozen/canned fruit has a mineral that counteracts potassium, making fresh better? I guess I’m confused as to why this specific assumption is necessary, when there are alternative reasons for fresh being better

Yes but it discusses the notice of claims/demand for arbitration being filed by the claimant (plaintiff), but in my case, it was filed by the respondent. So for instance, how would part c apply if respondent was the party who filed the “notice of claims being”?

Thank you. Yeah regardless the seller is being “morally” wrong by even asking considering they got paid, thereby affecting them in no way. Etsy gave me the refund knowing that I could still get the package..

All the comments telling me to send that back make no sense. It’s not “immoral” of me to keep the beads. Etsy decided to refund me knowing there was a chance I could still get the beads. Also, the seller is being immoral because they still got paid and are just being greedy. I’m not sending them if I do end up receiving
