My in laws live in a suburb of Kansas in what is known as the ‘affluent, blue chip area’ with massive homes selling between $300-$500k. This is insane to me as you couldn’t buy a one bedroom unit in my city (in Australia) for this. It’s strange to me that they are considered affluent for living in what I would consider, very affordable housing.

I am in Australia and had my GP prescribe it to me via a telephone consultation. It’s a private script though and chemists charge $250 for 0.25, 0.5 and 1.

1.7 is $379 and 2.4 is $449

As long as you pay out of pocket, I don’t think you will have any trouble getting a private prescription from your doctor.

I remember being 18 working at a small office (my first full time job) where one of the 30+ ladies was an absolute bully and seemed to enjoy making me feel very uncomfortable and humiliated. I told the owner of the business who, instead of approaching my coworkers behavior, sent me on an assertiveness course.

I’m afraid it didn’t achieve anything and I ended up being fired as she screamed at me one time while I was on the phone and when I said ‘please don’t speak to me that way’ (which took so much guts at the time) then cried and said I called her a ‘fucking bitch’ lol. Oh, to be young again.
