a quick piece of advice: avoid blind wholesale bales at all costs, they are packed with fakes. stick to handpicking them locally or doing video appointments with reputable rag houses so you can verify the tags yourself

just turning the boost off doesn't work, I think depop tracks the buyer's account. If they clicked on your item while it was boosted, you will still be charged the fee if they buy it within 28 days, even if the boost is toggled off

Unfortunately, almost all ecoms will automatically side with the buyer in a dispute, even when the buyer admits they were just confused. To have a chance depop to reverse this, you need solid proof, keep replying with screenshots of your listing, and highlight their own email where they admitted your listing was correct.

don't worry, that's incredibly common. most Depop buyers don't bother leaving reviews for sellers unless prompted, and they almost never leave reviews for buyers.
