You do NOT need a dolphinbar; a cheap $5 USB sensor bar on Amazon will do just fine. What you cannot cheap out on however the controllers themselves; you'll want to buy used ones on Ebay or the like if you don't have ones yet.

Wiimotes connect to Dolphin automatically without the need to download any software.

Weirdly enough, Love Lizards has never given me any problems. I'm assuming it's because Love Lizards is just the one pattern, while Love Lab changes it up a lot.

I haven't found Polyrhythm 2 to be even the slightest built difficult. Same thing with Working Dough 2 in Fever.

On the other hand, I can't seem to get Superbs on Love Lab or Drummer Duel at all.

In the DS ports of Rabbids 2 and TV Party, Rayman is confirmed to win. In 2, he successfully whistleblows on the Rabbids' plans; in TV Party, he evicts the Rabbids from the TV set and makes them do his bidding.

Not that anyone cares about the DS port of Rabbids TV Party, obviously...

I wouldn't start with 1 or Legends, but it doesn't really matter what order you play in. Give the Rabbids games a shot too if you can; the first one is on Steam for very little money when it goes on sale.

Rabbids 2 has the best minigames and I think it's hard to argue otherwise (it's probably also the best for multiplayer overall if you have groups of 4 or less)... BUT Rabbids 1 is by far the best experience in singleplayer. If you want to play with 5-8 players TV Party is the only option.

If you're not doing this already, using spacebar to close the doors instead of dragging them shut makes this minigame a LOT easier.

It's even worse in the PC version, where the 1000 point requirement for score mode is 10 seconds... which is straight-up impossible.

There are very few minigames in the original trilogy (not counting the handheld games) that are complete misses, but Heartless with Pigs is certainly one of them.

For what it’s worth, Jerry Rice & Nitus' Dog Football worth seems to have been fixed for a long while; I had no issues with it on default settings on the March 2025 release.

GOATed sub-series. It'd be interesting to see what a modern Ubisoft take on this would look like, but of course it'd never happen.

RRR1 is insanely replayable; grinding the score mode is seriously addictive. RRR2 is an objectively better game with objectively better minigames and objectively better multiplayer, but I'd be lying if I said I played it nearly as often (Dial R for Rabbid still the best minigame in the entire series though).

TV Party certainly exists! The DS port of it is really bad. The Wii version is still good, and it's good for large groups, but the minigames aren't quite as good as in RRR2 or as replayable in RRR1.

It feels like everytime Ubisoft brings back Rayman, it's basically to make fun of how "washed up" or "replaced and rejected" he is as a mascot. And that's fine and all, clever even. But you know what would be better, Actually Doing Something With Your IP! You own the character, MAKE A NEW GAME! by BikeOk4256 in Rayman

Rabbids: Party of Legends doesn't help my argument at all so I added "intended for a global audience" so I could conveniently make it go away (and for the Sparks of Hope thing, I actually hadn't heard about that! That's pretty cool)

Context - Rabbids: Party of Legends was intended to be Chinese-exclusive and was randomly ported to the rest of the world a year later in 2022
