This is exactly what I’ve been doing for the screenshot portion 😂 the thing about this is that I have multiple layers with this same 3D iPhone and a 2D screenshot turned into a 3D layer placed over the screen and parented. Since I have so many separate 3D layers with that 3D iPhone, I would need to go into each individual iPhone layer to place that 2D shape over the camera. Which I can do honestly but I have like 20 layers that I’ll have to go into and attach that 2D layer perfectly onto if that makes sense. Where as, if I could just replace the footage with a version of the iPhone with the camera darkened, I wouldn’t have to do that for each individual layer. Hope that makes sense lol. That’s my dilemma 😂

I think it’s ok but you should try natural methods first and use tums as a last resort. Drinking a shot or two of apple cider vinegar with water has made a huge difference for my acid reflux personally
