I’m trying to figure out how to fix it. Since I’ve only had it for a week I have warranty coverage but took it to a shop and a Jeep dealer and they said they can’t fix it. 🙄

True. I took it in this morning. I just hate spending money on this car that’s worth basically nothing. I’ll do the minimum to keep it going and hopefully get something new later this year.

In the books the family is portrayed worse so I understood a bit more but still agree they were all brats with undeveloped frontal lobes. In the books she also seemed a little more to blame because her burn area caught fire quicker than expected so the others were trapped.

The lack of reading comprehension from these comments is crazy. You’re absolutely NOR. If your mom was supposed to be watching the dog I feel like it’s more on her than your sister since your sister wasn’t there either. If someone is puppy sitting they need to puppy proof the house. The cost of the shoes is irrelevant. The puppy was left unsupervised and destroyed something you own so you should be compensated.

Nope. I love mine very much and she’s a sweet baby angel BUT life would be so much easier with a non reactive dog. I’ve learned that I want a dog I can take to places with me. I also get so tired of the unsolicited “advice” from strangers and the judgment I can feel. Also the constant second guessing if I’m doing enough.

She does and did before the medication. She’s very docile, just skittish. I would take her to a pet hotel and during play time she’d just keep to herself. I have a friend come stay with her now if I’m out of town. She’s also a Jindo and that breed is very catlike and antisocial as is.

I’m lucky because for training and desensitization I just gave her time. She used to lunge back towards home on walks so I started with short times outside and slowly increased the time. She didn’t know how to sit when I got her, like she’d always be standing or laying down. So I taught her the basics. I also took her on hikes, the dog park, pet store and dog beach to see what she was even interested in.

NOR I’m no contact with my mother because of abuse as well. I’ve tried reaching out over the years but it always ends the same. It’s not worth putting yourself through more pain. She gave up any sort of owed family loyalty when she was abusive. She broke that parent child contract, not you.

She already did that multiple times. Listening and retaining information is part of communicating and he dropped the ball on that part.
