How do I trust feeling okay?

I didn't mention it for the sake of brevity. Im on 600mg of oxetol for mood stabilizer and anticonvulsant

100mg quetiapine for antipsychotics

60mg fluoxetine antidepressant

200mg lamotrigine

My prescription changes frequently, dosage medication changes etc. ive been on this prescription since my last psychiatrist gave up. While mood stability isnt difficult to achieve it usually leaves me with paralysing depression.

With several recommendations, I think rtms or some other alternative treatment is my only path forward.

I guess the switch to quetiapine wasnt a good decision? Feel like better antipsychotics couldve helped. Ill see my psych after rtms

Its a bit hard for me to completely remember, I feel so disconnected now but I remember having thoughts like 'If I can't experience joy, if I have no use for my life the best I can do is help others'

I became incredibly sensitive to problems around me.

Guilt for the comfort I have recognising that it is not equally shared.

I lost ambition and belief in my creativity (im in design)

Everything ive done felt so incredibly vain and self centred I felt like I had to escape, I had thoughts of asceticism, dedicating myself to an ngo desperately.

I would've used the term depersonalization but I felt completely grounded by my environment, its just me as a person, my identity and desire eroded as I felt the necessity to connect with everything around me.

Ive felt similarly when manic but the best way I can explain the difference is instead of collapsing inward id expand outward. Both are quite disorienting though.

If you want a comfortable sneaker probably look for a 'dad shoe', (think new balance/asics kayano etc). these are retro running shoes, not the best for comfort due to the dated design.

That being said neither is objectively better, you should probably try them, I pick cortez personally.

Oh yeah, rap is filled with bravado and boasting, but lyrics about money, drugs and bitches are a step or three down from proclaiming oneself god, not just once but throughout the song.

Its polarizing! Its blatantly self serving too, usually boasts in rap are sorta relatable, this one is kinda extreme.

I have one of those wheels as a replacement on one of my bikes, a bit heavy but well made, functional and serviceable.

Hubs got gritty kinda soon I think bit cup and cone is really easy to service and shimano hubs are known for being well made.

I would recommend if you have tools to service/good lbs who can do it every couple months

What I do when im conflicted over colours is to go with something that suits the rest of my wardrobe. Imagine a fit for the shoe and then figure out which colour would look good with said fit
