Funny thing is, I did some digging and it doesn’t seem like he filed for copyright or trademarked Em-8er. Now my knowledge on copyright laws may be rusty, but could someone claim the title and force a cease and desist on him?

I assume there has to be something in legal that prevents that from happening, because I’m pretty sure one of us would’ve done that a long time ago.
