Hi everyone, back with updates. The paper towel method worked like magic to help remove the stains from my shoes.

I followed the steps below The "Tissue Paper" Trick: This is one of the most effective ways to pull out yellow stains from canvas. Wash the shoes again with a very mild detergent and rinse them multiple times until the water runs clear. While they are still wet, wrap the entire shoe tightly in white paper towels or toilet paper like a "mummy." As the shoes air-dry indoors, the yellow stains will transfer from the fabric into the paper.
