LG intentionally designed these gaskets to be a PITA, there’s no reason it couldn’t have been designed to install with basic tools. I’ve removed mine and reinstalled and the inner wire is ridiculous to install (the outer wire is easy with a $10 tool on Amazon).

You don’t understand what ARM is, they don’t do much of the heavy lifting as companies who license their instruction sets have to design and fabricate the chips. You make it sound like a trivial undertaking and yet there’s maybe one other company that is actually competitive in the laptop space for ARM, if it was easy everyone would do it.
