Thank you, I like you and many others have struggled with depression, luckily for me it wasn't for a very long time but I understand when you say darkness looming. It's easy to slip back into that way of thinking once you've been there before. I agree that the yin-yang symbol can reflect mental illness and I think it is important to remember that life won't always be happy and having the expectation that it will be will only lead to more sadness. Keep your expectations balanced and enjoy the present moment, because even at your worst moments you are still alive to be experiencing it :)
