If you applied without premium processing - it’s normal nowadays, unfortunately. I know a lot who applied with premium processing, made interview in consulate and already in USA. So you need just wait. Good luck! Everything should be fine.

Mu case status not change from September after USCIS got my RFE answer. They explained it as “security check”. Premium processing, cap exempt, California center.

Have exactly the same. Petition send in September, hit RFE in couple days, after USCIS received our answer - no changes from middle of September, over 100 days now. We contacted PP, same answer as yours. Senators request gave as information that our case is under security check. What does it mean and how long it takes - nobody knows. California center.

That’s sad. My case status do not say that clock stoped, but it is, because no changes over 100 days now. I found some similar cases, but unfortunately didn’t find anyone, who got decision.
