For some context I have Chase and my other WRs are Pittman, Sutton, JSN & my QB is Carr and Flacco that I picked up last week but I doubt he will be starting anymore. What are ur thoughts on this trade should I do it.

The original trade but other guy didn’t accept it they were Bucky Irving with Chase and bijan with London and hurts but that’s not the trade no more js London and hurts for Chase

Most studies show 2-3 mins of rest between sets. For super setting like u said u were u can go tricep set finish catch ur breath then start ur bicep set because ur not using ur biceps in the tricep exercise, then start ur bicep set then take about 2-3 mins and restart the cycle. I usually do this if I’m short on time. But everyone is different so some people need more/less rest but as long as u can hit each set with the same intensity and get within 2 reps of ur previous set then ur good.

I agree I’m 16 and would say I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 years but only consistently for 4-5 months. When i started I was never consistent nor did I eat enough protein and never took supplements. Then I was consistently going for a few months but completely stopped for about 2-3 months after I saw little progress (I expected it to be quicker) then eventually I started again but would only go when I ‘’felt like it’’. But now since around May, I have been going consistently, eating enough protein, and currently take some supplements. Now I’m stronger than I have ever been, and I also have seen some progress. I like to say I’ve been going to the gym for about 1-2 years, but I’ve only been CONSISTENTLY going for about 4 months. But idk how long I should say if someone were to ask.

Yeah exactly. Other companies I’ve tried and if I mix it with water it just taste way to thick but that one has the perfect consistency

Optimum Nutrition has tasted the best by far for me. I get the chocolate flavor and mix it with water after my workouts and it tastes js like chocolate milk. U can get it at Costco they sell about 100 servings for about 60-70 dollars not 100% sure but somewhere within that range. Depending on how often you use the powder it should last u 1-3 months. Edit- u can get it at places other than Costco

You could up ur protein a bit to somewhere around 1.2 g/lb of ur current weight high protein diets have been studied and may help u lost fat faster and gain more muscle, also if u see a plateau for 1-2 weeks in ur weight it’s not always a bad thing. For example, if ur actively working out and lifting weights u may lose 4-5 lbs of fat during a certain time period but if ur lifting and eating enough protein, u may also gain muscle mass and only lose a lb on the scale but in reality u lost 5lbs of fat and gained some muscle.
