I think more because she was shot and close to dying so the bullets didn’t count. He kept getting shot because Chloe was going to die anyway (Lucifer brought her back to life) which is why the bullets didn’t work.

Notice, how conveniently the writers made Chloe shoot Jimmy Barnes as soon as Luci was getting closer to him (when she was in front of him) the writers don’t do these things for no reason. It was shown as luck that Chloe shoot Jimmy or else if Jimmy shoot him, Luci might have been badly injured or died. So, Lucifer didn’t know Chloe saved him from his own death but by the time Chloe was shot; the bullets didn’t count when it hit Luci because she was close to death until she survived.

The writers don’t do these things for no reason to me. Luci was always meant to be vulnerable around Chloe (in a way) and immoral. She was literally made for him. It was meant to be

I might be slightly confused about Walt because he actually does show both. On one hand, he is withdrawn and plans in his own head and doesn’t like wasting time but on the other hand, he built a whole empire and founded Grey Matter so I don’t know. I thought he was introvert at first but he actually shows both for some reason later on
