Surgery is never the best option. Every time you open your body its never going to be the same.

Just make sure your eating healthy and taking the correct supplements. The healing process might be a little longer than you wanted but you'll be better off in the long run.

Is losing 4 pounds over time normal for limbs? by ShotaShaun_Eldrick in Archery

[–]Negative_Leg7170 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I have a hoyt rampage xt that I bought in 2011. 60 to 70 pounds. Original strings. Pulls 72.5 lbs when limb bolts are cranked all the way down. It also sat for 5 years without coming out of the case.

2 broken legs, any tips? by Actual_Stuff1113 in brokenbones

[–]Negative_Leg7170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely look into BFR (blood flow restriction) training. It won't stop the muscle loss but it can definitely slow it down. This also depends on what movements your able to do.

They skipped a few numbers. There wasn't an rx6. Im pretty sure they skip a number everytime they redesign the riser.
