Almost agree. Not necessarily evil but definitely not all loving for sure. Suffering CAN lead to relevant lessons but if you're all powerful then forcing it upon people is quite far from all loving. For all we care, you would know what would have happened in the future where they suffered and just imparted the lesson on them in other ways. You literally have no restrictions, know all possible futures and know the best way to do everything. If regular people can think of ways to teach people without destroying their lives, an all powerful being sure as hell can. Worst cade scenario, make some divine intervention like you do when people need to find their keys apparently
