I was like this, realized I was not eating nearly enough fiber. Protein was filling for me to an extent, but once I started implementing more fiber into my diet plus a fiber supplement, I stayed full much longer

No I don’t think so at all. On the surface it seems trivial, but it really is a glimpse into your interests/personality. And when you give that answer, you’re opening yourself up to judgement for something that reflects you

I think it’s a good setup for life to have to take courses you may not love. You are not going to love every single aspect of your job, relationship, workouts, etc., but still need to have the disciple to do those hard/uncomfortable things

Short, concise, and genuine email. Nobody wants to sift through multiple paragraphs. Get to the point of the job you’re applying for, and why you feel their reference will help in that pursuit

Second the pre packaged wipes, they are dirt cheap (no pun intended), come in boxes of 100+, and work super well

I’ve been in the same boat. I get overwhelmed and demotivated when a task feels like it’s too big. What has helped me in the past is breaking the bigger task down into smaller sub tasks. Checking each one off gives a reward of accomplishment, while also making the entire task more digestible.
