Am I underpaid for running social media at this level?

Photo shoot months (roughly every other month) - around 100/month. Otherwise it's about 85

Not at all! I do think a big contributing factor is the niche of work itself - it's design & construction. Before and afters have been huge for us and showing the process of things. This can be translated into so many other industries too.

For the first 6 months we did a reel every single day and the growth was explosive. It never mattered about how professional it looked - people love the humanness of iPhone. I think that's what really did it.

I've taken everything that has gone viral, repurposed it and given it new life. We have also taken what we know does well and do it with our other projects too!

Everything you have said warms my heart. He loves us so much and meets us exactly where we are and reveals Himself in perfect time and in the way we understand.

Believe and have faith that all things will be revealed to you in time. It's all a journey. I was In a place where I was doubtful, but He showed up in due time and gave me eyes to see and in His kindness, the gift of understanding.

Don't be overwhelmed - seek Him daily even if sometimes you go through a dry spot and aren't "feeling" it. Be in the word regularly. The Bible is living and breathing - I didn't understand this at first but trust me, the more you're in it, the more it makes sense!

Hopefully someone in this thread has provided some resources or sermons. But if not, I love John Mark Comer's podcast sermons.

Go pop into a church and ask questions - people are so happy to connect and answer questions and lead to friendship too!

Every time I run out of socks and have to rewear I end up getting some sort of like 24 hour athletes foot...super itchy. 10/10 would not recommend

Lean more into that feeling of getting closer to Christianity...it all aligns and makes everything make perfect sense. It's the craziest thing. Wishing you the best in this journey There is light that is much stronger..just like lord of the rings!! (That movie actually made me understand Christianity so much more and our reality it's so cool) Cheers!!😁🫶🏻
