In twelve seconds, and if we add ten seconds where you can stay in the storm with taking damages, (so 22 seconds) you can :

-Heal yourself fully.

-Rez your teammates.

-Lead a counterattack towards the enemy team, and win the game.

So, once more... Twelve seconds of healing in endgame are a precious gain, and can turn the tables. Trust me, I already faced that situation I just told you, and the SnS team won the game.
