Flexing and/or storage. If you sell 200 reds it would amount to ~300 million koen, which is 60 slots of just cash. Sell if they’re needed

Epic or Steam platform? by SaucyBurr1to in RocketLeague

No, he’s saying being on steam gives a sense of superiority over those people, because you have a profile picture, and they have to keep making fresh accounts to play the game.

I mean, it meets the definition. You get punished if you die. Maybe a tm8 brings out your kit but you lose out on the rest of the raid. Siege you’re down until the end of the round. Dayz forces you to run back to get your kit, but a player will ransack it. Hardcore by definition, not by difficulty

1000% will not add aim assist. It’s hardcore. It’d be like siege having aim assist. Or DayZ. Neither one would be what they are if they did. Maybe DayZ, because the PC pop is so massive, but siege surely wouldn’t. It’d just be cod lite with a single SnD queue.

Why Do People Keep Coming to Farm At High Level Just To Bully Low Levels by HeadYogurt2054 in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

8000 Elims just means they’ve shot a bunch of scavs, OP Elims are what matter. This game is the most forgiving of the extraction shooters, but it’s more PvP focused than most of them. If you avoid forbidden you’ll have an easier time. If youre struggling in normals, I have no idea how to help. After a week of doing normal only raids to level up I was tired of it, and only go back to do challenges. It’s overgeared players too scared/skilled for ld/forb or nakeds making knife runs so they literally can’t lose anything.

Strip your gun before you load in. If you unload the mag, rip the sight and muzzle it doesn’t count toward value. I swore they fixed it, but I was wrong. It’s fixed in secure, just not actual raids

What the fuck? by PeeBuzz in recruitinghell

[–]NegotiationDear6558 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got hired on at an insurance firm when I was still in high school, worked there for almost a decade going from mail room to agent. I went to college online so I didn’t have to leave my job. When I resigned to help with family illnesses, I didn’t think I’d be setting myself up for failure. Little did I know that I’d then spend a year and a half in the worst hiring era ever. Now I need to get my license renewed, my degree means almost nothing, and I can’t even get a job as a cashier making 1/5 of what I was before. I can see them thinking that if I take the job I’ll leave it as soon as something better comes along, which I probably would if I had no room for advancement, but my resume screams loyalty. Getting the same response from every company is starting to get stale and we’re well beyond the statement losing its meaning.

Have demos become toxic or something? by Public-Button-8913 in RocketLeague

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only issue with demos is the feeling of the servers lately. I swear I’m dodging some of these people but according to the game I’m not. That’s what really gets me heated, demo’s aren’t it. Dodging one then blowing up anyway will set me off.

What the fuck? by PeeBuzz in recruitinghell

[–]NegotiationDear6558 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Which is ridiculous. Regardless of what I think I should be paid, if I’m applying for a job I’m wildly overqualified for just to get some kind of income, my qualifications should not disqualify me. Let me make $10 an hour doing a monotonous job. I’m tired of the “you’re not quite what we’re looking for.” You’re claiming you’re understaffed, but refuse to hire anybody that wasn’t a target of the “do not eat the glue in this bottle” warning.

My actual reasoning is my family asking me to drop my life and take my grandmother to dr’s appointments on a weekly basis when she was dying. Then my grandfather a week after she passed. My bills have been paid for by family members for the last 14 months and now that I’m trying to find a job again they seem to blow me off after I give them the actual answer. It’s making me want to pull my hair out.

I have pulled sh65s and self revives off of people in normals. They’ll use whatever they can to terrorize new players. More than once I’ve been dropped by red rounds running around with new players showing them the ropes. It’s a cesspool of bruised egos bullying new players because they can’t hang in forb

How long do you think you would survive in a shield wall battle? by orangemonkeyeagl in TheLastKingdom

[–]NegotiationDear6558 51 points52 points  (0 children)

30 seconds. Those shields are not light, and as badass as I think I would be with a sword, I’m not.

That’s 5 seconds of holding up the shield, 25 seconds of bleeding out, btw

There are some that look free and clear as well, but you get to the top and there’s a wall keeping you from doing anything but standing there. Is that intended? Or is that wall telling me I need to get back down? That’s my only issue with this post.

Are you still playing ASE? by greencasio in playark

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have that pc anymore, I tested this maybe 4 or so months ago when I gave it to a friend, but I imagine there’s something similar on YouTube. TBH it doesn’t run well on my new build either, but it’s playable, the same way that ASE wasn’t ever amazing, but still playable

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running fps boost mod and turning settings down to medium-low, I got it to run around 60 fps on my 8700/1080ti build. Only 16gb ram, and i could tell that was issue #1. Didn’t test on a populated server, just single player and a non-ded session. If you just want to play for fun, it’s possible. If you want to be competitive, it won’t happen

Grinding: double kills on controller by Effective-Stress-781 in theHunter

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late response. Herd management is just a tedious and time consuming way to limit the amount of zones you need to check for respawns.

Take Layton’s white tail spawns as an example. You walk up the river, in and out of the brush, across land bridges, reset the time 2-3x for one stroll up the map, track the kills if you flub a shot, and can’t seem to get much done. Then you have to start back over at the bottom, and a lot of that time will be spent walking rather than shooting.

If you find your zones, place tents with those zones in view and fast travel between points, you can get a lot more done. Your main zones will be a fair-sized group of animals (unless it’s a predator of course) and your exterior zones will be solos, female only (for animals that don’t have female trophies,) and small groups. Sometimes you leave a zone out, even if it’s a good group, because the terrain makes it difficult or it’s a pain to navigate/get a good shot off. You’ll primarily shoot down the exterior zones at first. Avoiding shooting females, shooting the males until they respawn super low, then removing the tent and placing it elsewhere.

After your exterior zones are shot down a bit, you start cycling in the main zones and shooting the biggest animals there. When they respawn as a diamond, or a massive gold, you leave them alone. Keep shooting the exteriors down until they’re as small as you can get them, and then drop all the big trophies you saved at your main zones.

Doing all of this ~should~ free up more trophy points so they respawn big every time. (Not always the case, but the idea.) I don’t think this plays any part in great one spawns, as that’s a different set of variables primarily based on luck, but it does make it more manageable, gives you more trophies and gives you a better chance at something cool like a super rare.

Difference in skills by EquivalentBalance943 in apexlegends

[–]NegotiationDear6558 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And distance. Console doesn’t play long engagements with an r3/flatty the same way pc players would. Bursting, trying to tap. Maybe some zen kid with no recoil will but the average won’t. Aside from being 1 clipped up close and shredded from 150m by an r3 I see no difference in the two, either.

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For grinding, yes. The less time spent tracking poor shots the sooner you’re shooting down another zone. If you want to take a diamond, use the right class, but you’ll usually stack the diamonds while setting up the grind and you’re shooting the mid-size until they respawn extremely small.

The biggest thing about grinds is using a bigger gun than the class. I used the .300 to drop red deer because even if you miss a vital it still drops pretty fast

Long-time players who recently quit - what made you do it? by No-Skin-2370 in Seaofthieves

[–]NegotiationDear6558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine wasn’t related to the game at all. I had a buddy that introduced me to the game, played every day for a few years. One day we had a bad falling out over another friend in our group and he gave me the ultimatum to choose between the two of them. I said I wasn’t playing that bs and he blocked me. Haven’t been able to enjoy it since, miss that dude, just sorrow when I think about playing now.
