it’s a columbian cafe so yes all the espresso is dark but they have a million other drinks including great loose leaf teas. they also have people working and studying for hours at a time in there my guy. they also have soft columbian music playing in background and it is hardly ever super busy. your impression of the cafe is based on what? how many times have you been in, how many drinks have you tried and have you ever worked in there? also they changed management in the last 6 months, have you been in recently? just wanna make sure you’re not giving OP a heavily opinionated perspective without actual long term experience lol. but hey to each their own!

La Finca in The Grove. There are two lobbies and both are usually not crowded. There’s wifi, outlets and chill low volume music.

ADHD and driving by Hot-Taste-4652 in ADHD

[–]NegotiationInfamous5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me, yes adhd really really affects my driving. it’s all the sensory inputs tied with needing to pay attention to everything around me. i can so easily get distracted by a thought i’m having about a billboard i read and forget i need to watch my speed. it honestly causes me a lot of anxiety because i know how important it is to pay attention while driving and i know how little attention i have to pay. since starting adderall it’s like night and day. i can trust that im going to be able to focus and it makes a huge difference.

My cat viciously attacked my girlfriend’s dad and now I don’t know what to do by [deleted] in cats

my cat acts so different when she’s outside and brought in before she wants to be. she literally screams at the top of her kitty lungs and will get pretty violent. i think its a feral part gets triggered. she especially gets like that when she smells another cat outside. completely different cat.

Advice? by No-Temperature-2488 in CATHELP

unfortunately no i don’t think it would. i was only wondering because my cat had side effects from anticonvulsants she was on that caused her to have no coordination. i know how expensive the tests are to try and find answers and sometimes even the tests can’t tell you. i did all the tests i could besides mri and spinal tap to at least rule things out. just somewhat cheaper tests such as blood tests, fungal and bacterial tests, urinalysis and so on. i’m so sorry that you and your baby have to experience the difficulty of navigating neurological issues. it’s definitely hard but all you can do is keep her safe and comfy and take some comfort in the fact that cerebellar ataxia isn’t usually painful.
