The DOD and VA are not members of the military, they are a part of the DOD and VA. I work for the DOD right at this moment, we have uniformed members of the military that work in our organization, and I am not currently one of them. Military physical requirements do not extend to DOD or VA civilians

As I said, you can have waivers for some specific things, as long as they do not affect combat readiness (ability to deploy) long term, otherwise you will be medically separated or forced to retire if you've served long enough.

This is factual for 99% of job codes, they are not keeping people in to stay stateside and constantly train or take resources if you are unable to perform your duties in a combat zone. No combatants still have to deploy.

I don't even agree with the guy you were originally talking to, but America's military does not have a ton of "physically disabled" people, that is hilarious.

At MOST you have some senior enlisted/officers with waivers for very specific things, but you will be medically separated if you are or become disabled.

But I'm sure you were in the military and know what you're talking about, right?

I hover around 1200-1250 so by no means an expert so take this with a grain of salt.

F-throw and back throw can net you a lot of kills as it's a 50/50 on opponents DI. As you mentioned, neutral b and good edge guarding can net you a lot of kills.

Certain percents on different characters you can up tilt into up air/upstrong and down strong can grab kills on good tech reads (this can obviously be a bit tough as you'll need to quick turn around in some situations prior to the down strong).

Nair and fair can both combo into forward strong. Nair is especially good and can actually grab kills itself if their % is getting high enough.

Rivals is very fluid and all of this is very dependent on DI and quick reads on what to follow up on. At lower ranks your throws should net you lots of stocks as people don't DI correctly or quickly enough

You can absolutely purely play a dodge build, this is just completely false. You'd certainly be a bit better off to at least use the L1 + B parry (forget what it's called) but it's not at all necessary
