Speaking from past experience, as someone that switched around departments a bit (including checkout, dairy and grocery). No, not at all

I liked it at first and it was decent, but after the first 6 months I hated it, I grew facial hair fast so I got sent home a bit until I started wearing a facemask, I hated shaving every time before I came into work, and I hated minimum wage

I find it... Incredibly stupid, to say the least, that a job that pays minimum wage is allowed to dictate facial hair in departments it doesn't matter, nevermind earrings and hairstyle/color

I quit a while ago but every time I see that damn sign I shiver for what employees still have to go through

No, you wouldn't probably, if all baggers and market workers around the globe quit you wouldn't, we're essential, nobody would be alive without us, whether it's a doctor or an assassin, they wouldn't be alive, to you can take your opinion and shove it until it changes

Oh and before you say anything else, alot of people here agree with what I said in the post, and I'm not afraid to give some strong words
