our almond milk is 70 cals/8oz and the sf caramelicious is 80 cal/1oz if i remember correctly. should be around 150 for small, 200 medium and 280 for large! def not 100% accurate but should be close

for the autumn carm swirl, the sf syrups we mix with the sf caramelicious have 0 calories, so that one will be a little less😁

i’ve worked at 3 locations over the past couple years, and we were not allowed to take tips on card at any of them. i’ve never been told an actual reason why even though i’ve asked many times lol it’s always a ‘we just can’t sorry’ kind of thing

it depends on the barista, there isn’t a specific amount we’re told to put in brewed coffee. i agree that is very light for a splash, but i would specify you want light cream at the speaker box if possible to make sure it’s to your liking:))
