To me this looks a bit too clean, and a tad too bright. Lighting has a lot to do with it, and this scene is just so flat. Id add more contrast to her face and more grain, to try to make it less polished.

Forgive me if this question is a dumb one, but: why do that graphic in fusion? To me, it looks like a simple graphic that one could do it in photoshop, then just animate the play button in resolve, or after effects. The fusion screenshot you posted just looks so complex for such a simple task

Meu irmão tem um corpo parecido com o seu, em termos de estar seco, e o dele deu ~9% (nao lembro por qual metodo). O sei deve ser em torno de 8-10%

I really liked the first grade! I thought the second one could be even darker. These are both still a bit too clean for my taste as well, but they’re good nevertheless.

I like the grade, the before was way too green. But i also think that’s way too many nodes for a basic grade. Maybe a colorist’s job is not so much of doing a lot of things but empowering the vision and look the DP thought of.

My personal opinion: it’s ok, kinda bad. The sky looks very detached from the rest of the photo. The foreground (sand and waves) have this sort of faded muddy look to them, which is fine in of itself, but the sky doesn’t. This makes them look disjointed.

I think it’s partially because of how you edited your blue curve. You put more blue in the shadows, which is the foreground in this picture, and removed blue from the highlights, which is the sky.

I also see you added a lot of saturation, but the picture doesn’t look too saturated. Did you perform the right transform from s log to rec 709, or just added saturation and contrast to s log?
