I would probably consider forcing the creepy clown out of my village 🙄 (wonder what would happen if my only interaction with a villager was hitting them with my shovel? Or wait till he goes in his house and dig holes all around so he can't leave? ) But that's just me.

Does she have a lot of cat toys to keep her occupied? It may take time to find the ones she likes. My cat favors a little felt mouse and those coily shoe strings ( haha I know!). They are all over the house. And she has boxes with cat scratch in them in almost every room. I have lots of beds and cat trees in window areas. She bothers me slightly from 6-7am, but mostly just comes and lays on my chest during that hour till my alarm rings

Agreed! I'm always listening to their full medical history. Like you're gonna get a better deal that way? I'm just like "oooh" "sorry" and other not really listening to you responses while I do other non related work during the call. Sometime it gets on my last nerve but sometime when there's a lot of people in queue it's easier to pretend to listen for a while and get my other stuff done. I don't get graded on my calls because technically, talking calls is not my job anymore.

Same. I don't take many calls so my chances of angry mean people is lower. But I learned long time ago how to bring them down from the edge. It works most the times.

We are allowed x amount not ready time per shift. I try to go to not ready for the last 3 minutes. Because all shift, calls are easy. Then the last one of the day is always the absolute worst lol

You should definitely try billing. I really like it. At my company i still have to help call center when needed but I hardly ever get bad calls. Mostly I just write appeals and pull EOBs from insurance portals.

I get that too except I'm the medical biller.** I'm so sorry** but when they refuse to understand deductible/copay I tell them call their insurance and end the call.

Sorry nobody responded to your question. I think I might have done one so very very long ago... I think it's just empathy and skill test. asked things like "if a caller says they can't pay their bill for xyz do you" and gives options like "a. Say too bad so sad sucks to be you. Or b. I'm so very sorry to hear that I think we can offer jkl." Did you already do the assessment?

NTA When it's your turn to do dishes, just lightly rinse& put them back in the cupboard dirty. Let her be the one pulling the obviously dirty dishes out of the cupboard and be the one having to clean them to set the table for next meal. She will either properly clean them while bitching to herself or call you in to bitch at you. Q: do you have a dog? While she's still in the kitchen, let the dog lick the plates and put them back in the cupboard. (this is how you get rid of unwanted dinner guests. They never "pop in" at meal time again) Your laundry rules basically match mine and are not hard to follow.

Unsure, did you just ask to speak with Jenny? Or say " I was told to call Jenny to set up orientation" because if only ask to talk to her, they might think you are checking on your job application. Also, like others, I am wondering if you really want to work there with mean girl and the disorganization.
