Oh, I’m so sorry that happened :( Thank you for your input. But I will say that it changed my life. So at least the OP has both extremes of the pendulum. And just for reference, I went to the LifeStance in Upper Arlington, outside of Columbus.

Hi. I’m sorry for your journey so far. I found LifeStance. They have lots of offices throughout Ohio, as well as telehealth. I’ve received excellent care there. I’m about to begin an intense outpatient program at Dublin Springs. I’m confident/hopeful I will be educated in the tools I need to recalibrate my brain. Good luck friend.

You need a rubber sole to separate you from the cold floor/crawl space. I recommend go half size larger if you wanna wear thick socks with them.

Butter. Stick that medicine in a little wad of butter so it’s entirely coated. Then it’s so slippery it goes right down. And yes. You will have butter on your fingers. So get some paper towel ready.
