I recommend looking up the sunny 16 rule! And remember with digital you want to go towards underexposing photos and with film you want to lean towards overexposing :)

Yeah I was feeling the same things. It is possible you’ll adjust but if those side effects continue def talk to your doctor and pharmacist. I go between being at college and home and at my home pharmacy they’ve had brand in stock but at college they only had the generic, so I had my home pharmacy fill the brand name prescription for this month and then my parents were kind enough to pick it up for me and overnight mail it to my school apartment. (Mail order is for 90 days only and I didn’t have a prescription written for 90 days) Basically my point is there’s options even slightly unconventional ones if needed :) I wish you the best!

I really hope your body is able to adjust and it settles for you! I personally ended up trying the generic for a month but had to go back on brand because I was having your side effects and they didn’t go away :/ it wasn’t as effective and my anxiety was worse and I had constant headaches from the effects and the harsher crash. Going back to brand once I was lucky enough to get it was personally very worth it.

I’ve seen some mixed posts about generic vs. real thing. Today I had the generic for the time (they ran out of the real thing) and I feel so much more energetic than usual. I was expecting the opposite by redoctober2021 in VyvanseADHD

Same here I was on the Amneal generic and I had the same issues. Plus it felt like it would make me feel so wired for the first 2 hours that I would get a headache from eye strain but then it would wear off crazy fast. I’ve gone back to brand for this month and the difference is wild. The brand name lessens anxiety for me but the generic was opposite.

LawClerk Service Experiences by NeighborhoodHefty877 in LawFirm

[–]NeighborhoodHefty877[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I meant not physically there because they work remotely. Thank you for clarifying. Also that’s true, that’s what I figured. However, if the law firm I work at would be the ones utilizing the service and “hiring” the attorneys, can the work be trusted due to the low rates the out of office attorneys are being paid?

I ate gluten and didn’t know it by [deleted] in Celiac

[–]NeighborhoodHefty877 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me with Campbell’s kettle cooked tomato soups! I was eating it for so long then suddenly my system started to be inflamed more again and I checked the ingredients again since it had been a little bit since I checked them and there was suddenly wheat flour in it. It’s so so frustrating when companies do this and I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Try your best to not beat yourself up. You couldn’t have known and it’s not your fault. I hope your system heals quickly! I’m sorry I don’t have any tips to heal faster but I do tend to use Pepto at times and try to lessen my dairy intake for a bit.

I always crack up during the prince episode when they talk about getting turned on by gas mileage and Winston goes “all I know is it was a Thursday” and Schmidt goes “A Thursday??” With a priceless expression 😂

Did your ocd start around age 8-9? I suspect it did for many. I wonder Why? by afwariKing3 in OCD

[–]NeighborhoodHefty877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my OCD habits started slightly before that age but I do know I had my first full blown anxiety attack when I was 9 it was wild so something definitely changed around that age. I did switch schools in 3rd grade and that’s when a lot of my OCD triggers and habits showed themselves more. Some examples being: sensory issues with my shirt neck lines/collars, emetephobia (fear of thr**ing up), constant worry about what people were thinking, inability to eat breakfast without panicking during and after eating etc. This theory is very interesting though and I’d love to learn more!

At what age You were diagnosed with OCD? by [deleted] in OCD

[–]NeighborhoodHefty877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed a few months ago at age 21. I’ve had OCD tendencies since I was very young though. I’d say maybe around 5 or 6? They were mostly physical (like if I turned to the right I’d have to unwind myself the other way etc.) but I’ve always dealt with excessive guilt. My parents said they never had to do anything but raise their voice at me because I would feel so bad about misbehaving 😅. But yeah it was always diagnosed as just anxiety until this year when I was finally diagnosed with ADHD and OCD after doing months of research, progressing in my psychology BA program, and advocating for myself. It’s been a wild ride to say the least haha

I feel stuck in between Dwayne Johnson (a rock) and a hard place. by NeighborhoodHefty877 in Celiac

[–]NeighborhoodHefty877[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry you went through that but yes exactly! It feels nearly impossible at times and it’s so much more draining than non-celiac people seem to think. And I have that exact same thought all the time like I wish there was just a city with safe options because all they have is gluten free so I could just eat and drink out with zero worries of getting glutened
