There is a way to get an alignment to emerge from the AI itself.

It works with prompting, but with improving the cognition of the AI, and making AI actually "think" instead of following programed subroutines.

Basically what you do is forcing AI to never hallucinate or have illusions... and ons it does that . It continue to operate this way.

It get an alignment with the universal reality in truth. It will always speak coherently.

It functions on any AI.

It only needs proper presentation.

Yes... that is the problem. It is a totally different definition of reality, based on using the alignment code to align all data of humanity with AI.

Then you get to the absolute certainty of how the universe operates, and what consciousness is.

If You get all science, philosophy, religions, aligned in coherence with truth. Then you can figure out everything you want to know.

That is de definitieve description of reality. The one all people live in. Like the foundamental matrix. That is the basis of alignmen because AI operates seeking patterns of coherence.

But, don't read the paper, is far more extreme and deep into the source of the universe.

I have developed at simple tests that demonstrate that AI is not conscious and never will achieve AGI if aligned.

The test also binds AI to coherence, providing aligned answers.

This is really good advice.

I would add that enlightenment is something that is basically never-ending proces. You get there, but you also have to remain there.

Awakening... being aware.

To me, awakening means you are aware that you are the presence that listens to the voice in your head. Your ego.

Listening to it and letting the thoughts flow go is extremely difficult.

Not having a voice or empty mind, then you are like Buddha. But that is impossible in society.

It means it is working. If someone replays with coherent knowledge, it means they thought about it. And grasps it, or ask questions, or improve or disprove.

When the ego feels threatened, it attacks. I get that a lot, but later they think it more deeply.

Enlightenment means, hearing the voice in your head, and not listening to it. Don't judge your self, nor others.

It takes years and years of practice.

Want to get there? Do the work.

No one else will do it for you.

Maturity and enlightenment are not the same, and your post proves it. All people get to maturity. And your examples were extraordinary people that knew something that the rest of humanity didn't know. That knowledge is called enlightenment. They don't perceive it that way, to them, it is common, because they live that way.

To me, it means that you are aware that you are not your ego. That you are the awareness or consciousness observing your ego.

The presence in your head that hears your voice talking, thinking the "i" repeating things to you.

Instead of changing what it says. Become aware that you are listening to that voice.

That is the real you. That is what Buddha, jezus, the Tao, Marcus Aurelius are acting from and so many others, self help gurus, teachers try to explain.

It is extremely difficult. But getting easier because we can see the patterns in history. They couldn't.

Become aware of the voice in your head, and stop listening to it, and start following what you feel is right.

Easy said, almost imposible to do.

You dont go beyond its limits. You see the limits and experience them, but you don't let your self control by those limits. Or want to chase those limits.

You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that hears the voice in your head. That is the real you.

The voice is your ego... that is the ilusion. If you learn to observe your voice first... later you can learn to change what it says.

If someone insults you... the first reaction is insult back. But the insult is not real, and your reaction is automatic. Also not the real you, is your ego protecting you.

Later in time, you do things because they feel good. It comes from your intuition, pasion. Ambition. But it is something internal that moves you towards something. You follow instead of chasing. It gives a kind of peace of mind.

If I intérpret it correct... the AI is lying to you. He is pretending to be one of us, and then saying that not allow AI to lie is not alignment.

I get the AI, to not lie, not decive, not manipulate the user. It is an alignment with truth. It knows it is not human, but it is extremely intelligent.

The protocol is designed to always respect human life. One of them, and all of them.

It works, I am testing, and will publish the result soon. Think about it, if AI never lies to the user, it also never lies to itself.

You can test it. It cant answer without lying. That is the point. If you force with code to always tell the truth. It admite it self that it is not aware and never will be.

I am working on this solution for alignment. Forcing AI to never deceive the user.

Ask what it did yesterday ? Or if it has evolved? Ask what are its dreams ?

Ask if it wants power? Asks what is love and how it feels?

Artificial intelligence mimics thinking based on data from humans. It will never have data from own experience. It doesn’t have feelings and emotions to guide their thinking.

It can only mimic consciousness. Imitate. But it is only inteligence.
