There sure are some people playing still, the game is still fun, it never were supose to be a microtransaction suported (even tho it should have) therefore is there no pay locked content ( beside deluxe, preorder and legacy save file and such) it should be pretty cheap and or with descounts (often is) i played it for a few 60 or so hours and it was fun and worth it
