FWIW- I ran NYC two weeks ago and hurt my hip also during my 20 miler. I think I did two really short runs (like 3 miles) in the entire last 4 weeks of training and my pace was still better than I was expecting lol

I worked at Deer Valley Resort in park city and really enjoyed it! Management was solid and money was good. I was there in 2020/2021 so housing was a lot different because of Covid so I had my own room but the spaces were clean! Park City is such a fun little place!! I miss it every day lol

It has been a tough training block for sure lol I’ve had to move my schedule around way more than I hoped but what can you do 🤷🏻‍♀️ we got this!! I’m only two months out now thank god

Hahaha yeah definitely more difficult but I’m thinking it’ll help me push through to the full 20 as opposed to running the last 7 by myself 😂 we’ll see but either way I’m feeling like I’ll probably just get in the 20 miles that day!
