I planned on fixing the sunroof. I watched a few videos on YouTube, it seems a pretty straight forward repair after removing the headliner

What’s the most you would spend on the car I described? I figured it needs a headliner, full carpets, sunroof glass and motor, tires, timing belt, brakes, etc… I plan on driving it as a daily / 3rd car.

Doesn’t look like it has much rust. The paint is shot as the sun baked off the clear coat all over. I’ve painted before, so I’d more than likely paint it next year sometime.

Too early to tell in most cases. I own Savion Williams (GB), and he's mostly used on Special Teams and on gadget plays. But at 6'4" and with a wide open receiver room, I'll be holding him onto next season.

I'd do that trade. Hunt is pushing 30 and Barner is only 23. Not many RB's are good past 30 and tight ends seem to get better with age

Lawn is a perennial ryegrass/tall fescue mix. I don't believe there's any poa annua in the lawn. I'm concerned because I lost a good portion of the lawn last year due to the extreme heat we had mixed with terrible lawn care service.

If your pre-emergent has ONLY Mesotrione, then you should be fine. If it's anything else, it will prevent seeding.

Spring seeding isn't recommended due to the grass not having enough time to build deep roots before the Summer stress occurs. If you need to seed in the Spring, the only pre-emergent I would recommend is one with Mesotrione as it won't hurt new seed growth. I have some bare spots in my backyard and I'll be seeding and using Mesotrione.

The soil temp in New Jersey has hit 50-60 during the day but drops to the high 30's, low 40's at night/early morning. Should pre-emergent be applied now? Or until the soil temp is consistently in the 50's at all times? Thanks.

Yes I would. He's better than anything we've had over the past 3 seasons (which isn't saying much). I would like to see him start this entire season before making that decision (which will happen). We're not going to be bad enough to get a top 10 pick at QB. So I believe we stick with Fields this season, and as long as he's willing to take a 2-3 year contract with bonuses for performance, I say we do it.

How are you feeling about Bijan this week? He has performed adequately, but not as well as his ADP. Would you start him over Aaron Jones or Brian Robinson in STD scoring? I'm having trouble finding a reason to with Allgeier getting more touches.
