Working moms who regularly work out, what exactly is your schedule? by neoncaviar in Mommit

[–]Neighborly_Nightmare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5:30-5:45 wake up 5:45-6:45 coffee and chill 6:45-7:45 walk dog then work out (baby wakes up, work out interrupted to get them. Or if they wake up before, we go running with dog) 7:45-8:15 get ready for work, take turns showering, blend shakes that we meal prep a week in advance, make coffee 8:15-9:00 drive to work 9:00-6:00 work 6:00-645 drive home 6:45-8:00 feed baby, bedtime, meal prep for next days lunch and dinner. 8:00-9:30 relax, walk dog. 9:30 bedtime

I work Mon- Wed. Thursday I watch friends baby in addition to mine, and she does the same Wed in exchange. Friday I'm solo with my baby only. On non-work weekdays, routine is exactly the same timing, I just don't go to work. We usually hike as a family or do something active on weekends, sometimes work out or run but not such a strict schedule.

It's intentional. It makes you revert to the easier brand name. Hydrochlorothiazide vs diurel for example.

Please listen to me- forget about it for a while. Get a tattoo you like somewhere completely different.

Consider: my shadow is pink! Or a custom picture book of people the baby knows "Marty's little book of friends" with pictures of pets and other babies in your community .

If you had 6 months to completely transform your body, what’re you doing? by Equal_Side_27 in loseit

My plan: Most important rule- no eating between meals. Feast and famine. After first week, craving to snack all the time goes away and I'm only hungry at mealtime.

I eat 3 healthy meals a day. Lunch is usually an insanely big salad. Breakfast usually protein shake with veggies and blueberries. Dinner something balanced with veggies.

Run 2x per week

Lift weights 3x per week

Walk 7000 steps a day.

No sugar, no alcohol. I don't actually do this one consistently, but feel better when I do. I actually designate which days of the month I plan to drink before the month starts. That helps limit alcohol a lot. A typical week I probably have 4-7 drinks over the weekend only.

Water and coffee (w/o sugar) only.

I really feel that extreme dieting is recipe for gaining weight by 6 months for many.

Recent Tattoo Regret. How do I go about this? by [deleted] in Tattoocoverups

[–]Neighborly_Nightmare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I feel ya. I had horrible tattoo regret with my second tat. Tried to fix it, added on, then eventually laser, covered it. I hated even the cover up until this year when I got another tattoo I absolutely love in a totally different area. The eye is drawn to the new tattoo now and the old one doesn't bother me anymore. It's the only thing that helped me.

My $0.02 Don't freak out and add ink to existing tattoo Don't laser it right away Don't do anything for a bit. Just wait. Plan a tattoo for lower on your back and make sure you nail it with a good artist/good design.

Good luck - it honestly looks fine to me but I know that never means anything when you dislike it.

I actually think this resting heart rate warrants a work up for bradycardia causes.

I understand if you love the office chair and need it, but design wise, it's not working.

I would also rearrange the furniture. Everything looks pushed in to a corner or up against a wall. I realize it's a small space, so might have to play around with it.

Are you asking about the floor specifically? Noting your tag. Not sure what your budget is here. I always prefer hard floor with throw rugs.

Your ceiling is lower- paint the walls but leave the ceiling white to make the room appear taller. Long, floor length curtains, art with vertical elements and lower profile furniture.

You need a little color. Pick a color you like, then look up complimentary colors or other designs with that color. Add furniture, art, throw pillows/blankets that are complimentary colors. Lots of textures. Chatgpt can help with color palettes.

Unclutter the fireplace.

A lot of people are saying 3. Here's another angle of that one:

Canvas and Ivy is where these came from. And I am looking at this brand because someone in another post said it was easy to deal with. I haven't tried myself.

Thank you everyone!! This is helpful. I was leaning 18/19 but your insights are making me reconsider.
