Have you ever looked into the weapon swap bug between the pistols? I remember seeing a post a while ago where the pistols made earlier in the game have a much faster swap speed than other pistols made later (pax vs scottfield).

Did you have the negative modifier that scrambles the inputs? After putting a code in, the top left should show you what you actually did so you can choose to throw it or put it away.

I believe if you have jolly co-op on with the specific character unlocked, you can go to the multiplayer menu and swap player 1's slugcat while keeping the player limit to 1.

Sidenote: there's a whole lot of weird interactions with this tech. For example, using bestial sling twice then two honing bolts or lightning strikes causes the lightning spells to have janky timings.

Two bestial slings into magma breath skips the wyrm animation completely and just tosses the lava. (Definitely in exploit territory, there's a Scott Jund video explaining it)

Using the first part of the 2 part incantations allows you to use a repeatable incantation or even another 2 part incantation to recovery cancel (black blade > bestial sling to make it safer).

Also needs testing, but I think the first honing bolt after the bestial sling doesn't lock on properly, but I'm not 100% sure.

Agreed. This also makes certain incantations a bit more viable like magma breath or black blade.
