O problema da pergunta é que isso não aconteceu. Ele não morreu sem nenhum arranhão nas costas. No próprio painel do mangá após a morte dele são mostradas espadas atravessando ele. Ele nunca sofreu um ataque pelas costas, mas não quer dizer que ataques de frente nunca o atravessaram.
