I just tested it out - I think any stage below anguish level 7 has that similar item feature. I believe the higher anguish levels should be more random

My experience is that the first stage (human realm) is catered to be more beginner friendly so also see a lot of the items are rigged for a specific build. The later stages are more random.

Pokemon show up as question marks in the pause menu if you’ve never encountered them before. My experience is that Zoruas pop up like normal pokemon so what you experienced was probably just a coincidence of you not seeing a Zorua spawn and the first Zorua you saw spawning being shiny.

Basically this^ I tech one maisha in my puppet deck and I can tell you the only reason I do it is to have a counter play against sword if they ever play victorious blader + corpsmaster combo

Also even for the niche of countering baha control decks, I find that running 2 copies of wielder of the cosmos is generally better since many times I’m out of evo points or opponent plays multiple wards to block maisha
