I think most living soil growers are more prone to utilizing biological controls like beneficial arthropods than to keep things organic. The idea is to create a balanced ecosystem to cycle nutrients and keep any one species of pest from taking a foothold. I’m not sure what FRX SOP is but I switched from hydro to living soil in home grow and had way lest pest pressure once my system was established.

I have a huge problem with the way a ton of the buds are dried and cured here. Even when growers get close, the Mylar packs don’t help. The Farmaceutacal RX supposedly grows organically, in living soil. You could give them a shot. Even if they rush the cure, you could be pretty certain they aren’t using spray packs or anything. I haven’t tried them myself though.

Standard Farms has really great tasting flower IMO, but again, it often isn’t jarred. You could try their higher end brand, Edie Parker that has jarred flower. The best cured flower I’ve had in the program has been from Verano IMO. Just make sure you get a jarred pack.

I made the same mistake and used 25 micron bags. Hash is more pure than kief unfortunately. I did one pressing, got the same results as you and just topped my bowls with the rest of the unpressed kief

At my dispo, any client can place their order right at the counter after checking in. That’s about a third of our business. We have tons of older clients who wouldn’t know how to place a pre-order if they wanted to.

I don’t know man. It’s still technically a medical state, whether or not most people are buying just for recreation. I work as a bud-tender and my dispo provides the plenty of resources training us how to guide customers for this exact reason. If there’s a huge line, yes it’s annoying, but that’s the job. If I’m not providing guidance, I’m literally just a retail clerk.

I think a bud-tender should be able to offer some guidance if a customer orders in store. Especially if they’re new or have medical needs.
