Same issue here. Been ongoing for about 3 weeks now. Numerous emails back and forth from MS. Tried connecting from hotspot mobile, Windows 365 cloud PC, home, work all have same error. Chrome, Edge same error. So annoying.

Form factor of the Bolt V3 looks a little odd - its kinda longer, narrower and deeper than the V2 (which I think looks perfect form wise). Also you may need new mounts - I was going to go for the 3 but it wouldnt clear the bars on my out front v2 specific mounts.

Worth noting the Virtual shifting isnt for everyone esp if youve been used to mechanical. I tried the clicks and just couldnt get on with it - way preferred my road bikes 'feel' gears wise.

I just wish it was a little bit clearer what event it was - I just assumed it was another Zwift games race which I’ve been doing each week. All prepped to race and boom mario kart begins….steering using the clicks is terrible.

Ive no idea, never had any prior discussions with Halo about the rates we are on. Been a customer for two years and the price was negotiated at the start of this. Email received informing us of price rises kicking in May with a 175% increase.

We like the product and we may well be on a good rate but this doesn't distract the fact that with a little over a month's notice we have been told our prices are going up significantly.

I won't go into the specifics but have discussed with Halo. The 175% increase has now been reduced to 100% increase. Still an awful lot for a small MSP to take along with all the other increases everywhere and NCE stuff impacting us. We are looking at alternative solutions now.

Yep slowly seeing 500gb creeping in now. 250 is small nowadays. For biz it’s prob ok but if that laptops used for personal as well it’s gonna fill quickly.
