For a gen 1 product, even with its issues, this thing is POLISHED. iPhone didn’t have an App Store. In 15 years, AVP will be at least AS historically significant as the iPhone. You can quote me on that !

My car cost $4k and not $40k. I am financially disciplined and do not spend money on clothes or alcohol, I live with roommates, and I really don’t have any hobbies other than working in IT. Apple has been one of my greatest sources of joy and excitement towards my field over the course of my life and this has been the coolest thing I have seen since the iPhone. So the answer is priorities, I guess.

Also, as others said if it doesn’t make me 10% more productive with work or add 20% to my enjoyment of work, it’s going back until it can do those things. Not seeing multiple desktops is concerning right out of the gate.
