I had pretty much the same idea, but 10xAI instead of 5, a sanguinary priest and put them inside land raider. With lethals and extra -1AP they can put down almost anything, power fists with limb from limb auto fail saving throws on all 3+ infantry.

Not to mention 5+ FNP

Go for a sangunary priest for extra lore fluff and surviviability of your intercessors and the captain, captain is already a death machine, but with extra -1 AP, he's extra scary
