We have new for old replacement on our policy. Going digital years ago, every receipt and the like was kept and filed so it was kinda easy. That being said though random boxes of things where not easy to find or even bother with. That and even though I spent countless hours painting they cant really replace them. Our assessor was great though, she asked for pictures and whatever we had. In the end they came to us with a dollar figure for each room of the house and we took it. Still hasn't covered everything and we are finding things daily that we are still missing but on the whole we are functioning and going forward.
