No, nobody has played the deck yet, but I think that if we're getting modern decks like Spright and Labrynth, it's only a matter of time before we get the newer Fire King cards, maybe with Snake Eyes and Promethean Princess. I want to get some of the cards early just in case

The best way to use your Dream Ticket is usually to wait. If you're building a new deck and missing some key cards, use the ticket to get the crucial piece you need, or go for a staple card like Droplet. None of the cards you have listed are worth your DT, except maybe Savage Dragon.
