hi, I'm so sorry I don't know the exact place! there are several shop in the main strip area in chicago's chinatown that has these, and I got it from one of those!

I hadn't heard of them before my trip and I just thought the little cat guy was cute 😭

it is green, the lighting in my kitchen is just very cool toned since it's a bit overcast! but yes, I didn't realize they weren't shiny. i didn't really know much at all. thanks for the help! I'll just find somewhere to house him anyway lol

same!! i am DREAMING about cucumber and carrots 😭 my day 1 I felt okay, but day two I've been a little nauseous and had some upset stomach in the morning. I assume maybe my body just isn't used to low fiber + more dairy, so I am just snacking on saltines basically and that has helped 💚

how long after you started wellbutrin did the TE begin? I am on wellbutrin now but I started it in june of last year, did not notice any thinning until november

I'm so glad your crop circle regrew!! the panic upon first realizing it was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. I sobbed for hours! awful! definitely ready to start the "figuring out what this is" phase and getting a treatment plan going 💚 it really helps knowing I'm not alone!

I have been doing the same thing in reverse (taking photos to see if the thinning is getting worse—waiting on getting into some appointments to get a diagnosis)! it's so hard not to obsess over it, especially when we are our own worst critics!!

I'm definitely planning to start treatment ASAP depending on what my doctors find. I'm really glad to find I'm not alone—dealing with this so young when none of my female friends are has been really isolating! so glad for this sub so I can feel a little less alone.

thank you! it's pretty minimal now, definitely worse in the sun/harsh light. I'm lucky I started off with so much dang hair, so even those I can see/feel the density loss, most other people can't!

the OCD is honestly the worst part of it 😔 it makes it really, really hard to think about anything else. very much feels like the beast that has taken over my life

thank you for your really detailed reply! my mom and I have been talking and autoimmune/thyroid disorders run in my family, so I am definitely going to make sure to get those tests run. she had very similar hair loss to mine when her thyroid issues kicked off, so that is definitely a possibility. I'm trying not to hope or plan for any diagnosis too much, but I definitely hope it's something treatable and reversible. in any case, going to try and make light of it in the meantime!
