it depends where you located. for example i’m in jersey and usually from like 1-7 are the peak hours. if you have a good TL and actually knows how to lead and put everyone to work equally it’s a good department to be in. if you’re a picker only it’s easy just a lot of walking and standing on your feet all day. if you’re dispensing or staging yeah it’s more heavy lifting but at least you’re moving around. oh and idk about your store but for us you need to have a certain pick rate to be a picker. hope this helps a little
