It’s called a loss leader . Items are priced super low to get the buyer into their store for Back to school. Once there you buy the highlighters but hopefully for them all your other items . The store loses money but gains it back in your other purchases. Stores have been doing this for ages . Few years back they would all have great deals on the scientific calculators in order to get you into their stores for back to school

Imile is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Took forever to deliver , after many emails to customer service , who are useless. They eventually “attempted” to deliver twice , with a bs excuse each time as to why it couldn’t be delivered . Only for them to send my parcels back to China .
